Rebel’s Knot by Cryssa Bazos
“Niall and Aune find there can be love even in a world of hate. But they may have to choose safety over love.”-Green Gables Book Reviews
Green Gables Book Reviews thoughts: When I read Rebel’s Knot, I had forgotten that it was part of a series. I had not read the Quest for the Three Kingdoms series, and I loved that this book didn’t leave me feeling like I had missed something. It was great as a stand-alone book. While essential to the book, some of the battle portions were a bit over my head, but I loved the stories of Aune Callaghan and Niall O’Coneill. The story of them together was fabulous, but their separate stories were fascinating, too. I also loved the constant bravery of Fionn, who protected both of them many times.
The book- Rebel’s Knot by Cryssa Bazos When Aune saves herself during a horrible act of war, she is overwhelmed by what has happened. When Niall comes and sees the destruction, he is in disbelief and vows revenge. He takes Aune with him to protect her from the opposition. They end up at a camp where they should be safe, but rumor and suspicion make safety impossible. They learn to trust each other, and they become each other’s safe place. Niall and Aune find there can be love even in a world of hate. But they may have to choose safety over love.
