Wow, Donna Ferris, I really loved your book!
Donna seems like someone I’d love to have as a friend! The transformation she makes in this book is incredible. She has low points and deep grief, too much in such a short amount of time, that she needs to overcome. And, through hard work and seeking more for herself, she does it. Well-written, thought-provoking, and moving.

Donna, married, has a great job and two daughters. One she’s close to and one that she loves dearly and works hard to connect with. Donna has felt stifled by her husband at times. He’s thought some of her ideas are silly and has left her feeling…not great. Then, she decides to try something new and signs up for Yoga training. When a pink postcard from a flower shop arrives, everything changes. Her husband has been having an affair, and he admits it right away, and the beginning of everything changing for Donna arrives.
Soon, Donna is navigating life on her own. Custody, divorce, splitting assets, does she start dating? Is it too soon?
Time goes on, life keeps going, and love new floats into Donna’s life. Then, too soon, it is gone. How can Donna keep going when it seems that life is pushing her backward?
