“Wild Magic” is my first introduction to the fantasy genre as a reviewer. I really enjoyed the book! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the main character Mallory is someone with a pure heart, even when facing personal danger and fear.
Mallory is sent on a dangerous path to an area where many others like her have been killed because of their magi gifts. But, she knows she has to go where she is needed and she is called to help a boy named Jordan.
When she meets the people with Jordan, Mallory isn’t sure if she can trust them. When the group discovers they are being followed, Mallory must use all of her magi gives to help keep them safe, but she does this with at a personal cost. Will she recover?
The group soon becomes like family and the only people Mallory knows she can trust. But, can she trust enough to commit her life to one of them?
“Wild Magic” is a fun book! It has great characters, and is a fun story to get lost in!-Green Gables Book Reviews
